I found a pencil dropped in the parking lot, and ants were chewing the eraser to dust.

It looked so nice I decided to join my cat in the sunny spot on the floor. Then I realized he had freckles on his nose. They're so cute I had to photograph it. Moments after this shot, he was chasing the reflection my phone was making.

I ran across this book. Can't help but think of Key & Peele's "East/West Bowl" sketches.

Turning US citizenship into a reality game show. The first time I saw it, I thought it was hyperbole. ...Holy shit, they're actually considering it.

Years ago, I helped open the first Target in my town. The bosses said how generous corporate was: buying gifts for starting employees & paying more than Walmart. We stocked the empty building.

Bosses got Leatherman tools. We got nothing. We also got 25 cents less /hr than WM paid. Life lesson.

Imagine giving a child candy, but you tell them they might not get more candy later. They cry so much they can't enjoy what is in their hands. This is Wall Street when the Fed gives them interest rate cuts today, but is unsure about later.

This is Max. He was my mom's loyal protector for many years. We've had him for almost 2 yrs now. He was never socialized with other dogs, but gets along with our cat well enough.
