Another quick one. That was some turnaround from Sebi Korda. From a break down in the first to winning in straights against Frances Tiafoe. He didn’t have a great Aus Open but since the San Diego challenger is playing well.

Taylor Fritz wasting no time today against Brandon Nakashima. Some of those games were about a minute long. Probably best for him. This is when I usually dip but staying for the 2nd night match. Tiafoe v Korda up next.

Marin Cilic gets the win against Learner Tien. A little fight back from Tien in the 2nd set but Cilic gets it in a tiebreak in the 2nd. And it’s his 600th win. Nice start to the day feels like it might be a long one.

The Veteran Cilic takes the first set against Learner Tien. He has a nice pocket of support in the middle of a crowd mostly here to support the local. Will say since the last time I watched Tien play in person his serve is much improved. So many aces.
