Flower- and hover flies are the 2nd most important group of #pollinators after bees. They transfer pollen other flowers as they feed on nectar & pollen. While they may not be as efficient as bees in pollen volume, they compensate by making frequent visits to a wide range of plants.

Tens of thousands in 70+ communities across Canada took to the streets in an unprecedented & historic cross-movement mobilisation to #DrawtheLine and demand Mark Carney & the federal government pick a side: injustice, violence, and climate destruction — or a just and safe future for all of us.✊

#TNOCroundtable
If the benefits of Nature-based Solutions (NbS) in education are clear… why isn’t it mainstream?

Co-produced with #NBSEduWORLD, this roundtable invites both optimism and critique for the future of NbS in education.

🌱☀️ Biosolar Roof in Full Bloom! ☀️🌱
This project is a brilliant example of how functional sustainability can also be beautiful, delivering stormwater management, biodiversity support, edge protection and solar power all in one.
