At least city won't sit in a low block against us. The games we looked a little bit like our old selves were maybe Liverpool Barca Spurs - teams that wanted to have a go at us and the games went a bit end-2-end (even though we lost 2 of them) #NUFC

The Hall & Livramento thing has been lodged in my brain for a year. We don't function as well without them defensively or offensively
We really need depth there. Tripps and Burns practically deserve statues but they can't be our depth at full back for much longer

literally a EPL record. Tino and Hall seem to me to be absolute cornerstones to Eddie's system and the perfect complimentary fullback pair for how he likes us to play. I feel sometimes they're the most important part of our game.

I was telling City fans in the summer that Tino would never be allowed to leave
I said Hall & Tino were more important to the way we play than Isak
I really think our midfield 3 works best (as long as J7 is there) when we have Tino and Hall on. We can survive without one coz of Tripps quality

I know it was late in the game but again the midfield 3 played straight through the middle and then no where near to claim the second ball after burns tackle on edge of box #nufc

I am dying to have Tino and Hall back as our starting fullbacks. I know Tripps is a leader with great ball delivery but we're so much more in control with Hall.

Our young fullbacks have been outstanding this season IMO, and they will be critical against Liverpool on Wednesday considering their attacking threat down the flanks

We're really reliant on our fullbacks at the moment when playing out - that's a lot of responsibility on Tino and Hall who are still young. Think they've done brilliantly!

Also, having Nick as a deeper forward who is the fulcrum for all our play will allow is to congest the middle of the park - Bruno, Nick, Hall, and Sandro to a lesser extent all are happy in tight spaces, wriggling through or drawing fouls.
This should draw the opponents defence forwards also
