If y'all haven't played diplomacy, play it. It's easy to get into a game on webdiplomacy if you're patient, & it's great inspiration for running factions for #ttrpg campaigns.
A pairing with inspiration from Fronts from Dungeon World is my perfect concoction for running factions in my campaigns.

I'm learning a bit about the concept of "taboo deformation" in human linguistic history, and there's something there with the atmorans and the dragon language... setting for my next #uesrpg campaign is stewing nicely
