Built the Old Friend #QRP #hamradio today. It works. Logged some #POTA QSOs with it, but that's about all I can say. Bands were noisy, the receiver is hot, but still doesn't compare to modern transx designs (SDR). It's a cheapish and fun, easy build from K1SWL, but that's about it.

6 SMD components but it's a quick build and you'll be hard pressed to find a lighter paddle!
