20:31 5k, beat my PR by almost a min after putting in some work! Quit drinking in Nov and consistently ran and did body weight training 3x/week each which shaved off nearly 30 lbs of body weight. All of this during my late 30s-you can do it! Let's see if I can't beat that PR!
