Police are trained to de-escalate conflict. Sending a show of federal force into places like Chicago is having the opposite effect. Seems like the real goal is political: bait Democrats to criticize and then portray them as soft on crime.

In today's SCOTUS decision, I recommend Justice Sotomayor's dissent (joined by Kagan and Jackson). I don't know if it's her particular gift, or just that the issues are so straightforward, but she always writes with clarity for laypeople.

2) They get the credit limit doubled on your card
3) They start giving out gifts to a handful their richest friends using your credit card and give small change to some others
