My name isn't Gordon. Or Nodrog. Takes photos. Of things. And stuff.
Are you on a break?
No, just having a cigarette.

So, 10 minutes of your time and 10 minutes of my time later I can get on with my job?

'Hastings Police pursue suspects 'attempting to flee with a large quantity of Easter eggs'.

They were then told to come back when it's actually Easter.

Why is there an old American yelling at the Iceland down the shopping centre that he's its daddy?

I have annoyed people on a watch forum who say NO SCIENCE EXISTS to make the screws line up on a watch that costs £10000. The disarray here would drive me nuts. Surely precision engineering has a solution to something so basic in 2026? Would this presentation annoy you?

It's Purple Tuesday tomorrow. I haven't decided what it means, what it's for or what you're supposed to do, but if you don't participate fully I will be moderately miffed.

Same with baked beans.
Freshly picked chickpeas are better than the tinned or jarred ones. Once you've eaten them fresh from the pod you'll resent eating dried and boiled chickpeas every time you're served them.

Amazing. And not only for how uncomfortable Bob Dylan looks.

Probably the most obscure music you'll hear today. One album, one single. Not a lot on the internet. Is it any good? No, not especially but track 4 is pleasant.

So relaxing, Sundays. Deal with the water leak. Then the smoke alarm, which won't come off the wall, and when it finally does, it won't open, and when it finally does I see the world's most expensive type of battery, which is soldered in place. FFS. A single use smoke alarm?! FFAS

Huh. Finally got around to looking up what ASMR actually means, rather than just understanding what kind of content the tag goes with.

There is no reason why loud car and bike exhausts can't be legislated out of existence. Too loud? Seized, destroyed, owner melted down for candles.

This photo was taken in 1911 using glass plate technology by Herbert Ponting who was part of Scott's Antarctic expedition,

The composition and detail are exquisite with the band of white snow/ice creating a perfect frame around the two people and the ship in the distance

Iconic imo
