Money first! Time second! Someone has to pack everything to get it out to the shelters and food distribution sites. Lastly, check the website for your local food bank/shelter for what THEY need.
Yesterday we talked a little bit about SNAP ending and how everyone who can, should give back to their communities. I'm going to spend a little time today talking about what to give.

So a guy with a sniper rifle shoots and kills detainees, and Noem claims this is violence against *ICE agents*-- none of whom were harmed?

Do I have this right?

For Epstein's birthday letter, knowing it was to be bound into a book, Trump drew an outline of a naked woman, threw a skeevy imagined conversation into the middle, then capped the letter with his "signature" signature.

His name is the pubic hair.

For years, there's been an effort to lower the legal BAC limit in Washington State from .08 to .05. It's never caught on.

We were curious of the difference. With lots of alcohol and Mario Kart 64, we discovered that it's huge (1/??).

We devised a semi-scientific experiment using 10 subjects, too much alcohol, and Mario Kart 64.

Scrolling back through the Ghandi non-violence website and found this blog post. Forgot this picture of the back of my head while talking to the March for Our Lives student organizers. Loved the post. Loved it even more when I remembered I wrote it!!! www.gandhiteam.org/post/reflect...
Reflections from a safety monitor
When I get to the parade hours before it starts, the streets are empty and quiet. No coffee shops are open. Lots of parking. I check in, get my radio, put on my day glo vest and a bullhorn, then I wai...

My favorite online estate sale business Kuzak's Closet closes this week with one last sale. Scrolling through the preview, themes emerged - the Warriors, Under Armor, high-end perfume and beauty products, and sports equipment. Seeing this hoodie nailed it.

"We'll build the wall and pay for it.
But we'll do it according to the 1830 map of Mexico... Mexicans were settled in these territories before the U.S. The Mexicans living there are in what has always been their homeland."

Frost: Tonight the people stealing are not folks with tattoos and hoodies but people wearing suits and ties and congressional pins sitting in the capitol now, not in some alley wrapped in darkness but the United States congress wrapped in the flag. It is disgusting and we will never forget this.

I wanted one thing at the auction, but had to buy the whole lot to get it. Got home and the canisters weren't as exciting, but the other stuff is fire! All this for $40.

(All going to my booth at the De Anza flea market next month.)

Most rail services in the US still use polluting diesel locomotives. Recently, our commuter rail system in San Francisco, @caltrain.com, was electrified.

Good news: we found DRAMATIC air quality improvements once the electric trains replaced the diesels.

Crosswalk buttons in Palo Alto were hacked so that when pressed, Musk or Zuck spoke to you with unflattering to them comments. Impressive, but let's use this hack for good. Tariffs are a tax against you. If they can kidnap and ship naturalized citizens to El Salvador, you might be next.

My daughter texted my husband with a single word. Accident. He spent the next hour going through all the eventualities of her crashing her new to her car. I texted her a bit later to ask if she was ok.

It was a butt dial.
