For this month I didn’t lose or gain any weight. I stayed stable at 319 lbs. starting weight :450, Nov weight: 319, Dec weight: 319 Goal: 220 total weight loss to date; 131. Hoping to be under 300 by summer.

Made my Almond flour chocolate chip cookies for the staff of the weight loss clinic. Low carb, low calorie and low sugar and tastes great!

Hello all, tomorrow is my last weigh-in for 2024, and my first at the age of 50. I am much healthier now than I have ever been. At my heaviest, I was 450lbs. Last month I was down to 319 lbs. I will be a little more liberal with this platform and I will be sharing shirtless pics at weigh-ins.

Today is my last Day to be a man in my 40s. Tomorrow I turn the golden 50! It will be a fresh start to my second half of life. With my monthly weigh ins here on Bluesky, I will be posting pics of my weight loss progress too. Got a season pass for the water park this summer and I’ll be under 300 lb!😄

Today is my first full day without Facebook anymore. I know a lot of people came here from Twitter/X, but I actually came here from FB. It was scary how intertwined it was into everything. The biggest problem though was it’s censorship of things. I like that you can post adult/nude content here.
