having no friends who understand your reality as a lesbian is actually isolating asf I love my straight friends they are so supportive and lovely…but interacting with other lesbians irl and thru fictional characters who live in a non-fiction reality it’s just a different kind of rlly good juice!

was telling my therapist how reading the essential dykes to watch out for lowkey changed my life and I was trying to find the words to describe how it made me feel and it turns out the word is less lonely 😲
