@rbreich.bsky.social please take a look at what's happening with Job Corps. Regardless of what the right wing news sites might be spewing, this program has changed so many underprivileged lives in such a material way. In my 4 years with JC I have seen, first hand, so many lives positively impacted.

Last night, I found out that comics legend Peter David had passed. We only met a few times, I didn't know him well, but I always felt a kinship with him because of the way he wrote comics, what he felt was important.
