People at the Prairieland ICE Concentration Camp, located outside Dallas, Texas, are enduring freezing temperatures as the ICE refuses to activate the facilitiesโ heating systems. The temperature outside is a bone-chilling 13ยฐF (8ยฐF with wind chill), and the situation has persisted since 1/26/6
