It’s a war, so they are enemy combatants who don’t get due process before being killed, but killing them isn’t “hostilities” under the War Powers Act, so they don’t need Congressional approval to continue killing them.

If he’s talking about Gateway, I put this in the bluster category. If the Hudson tunnels become unusable, NYC fails. RE owners in NYC fail. Trump is one of those owners. He’s not going to hurt his own interest.

NJ looks at e-bike regulations and limits, especially on those that can exceed 18mph. Recent incidents include a minor on an e-bike modified to go 80mph.

E-bikes can be a big assist for the physically challenged and micro mobility, but there is a lot of dangerous riding happening.
