Been reading David Peace’s Red or Dead last few weeks, with that have been watching games from the 70s on Amazon. Some of these games are battles. Not huge on skill but industry and bravery were fundamental. It’s traits Jota had, not a huge jump to say Shanks would have liked him as a player #LFC

What a picture this was from yesterday. Beyond what it means personally to the two of them, it encapsulates in an image that finally the club has reconciled it relationship with its History, which at times in the last decades has been a bit of a millstone round the neck. #LFC
