I saw Amber in Back to the Future. Doing the same dances eight times a week. She can dance, but pretending that means she can do everything is taking so much away from her. This is getting 40 and she doesn't need saved #strictly

I really hope Balvinder sees the love for her on social media and hears the voices of the judges and understands that Tess & Claudia speak from the heart. Wanting to do something so much and finding that people watching you on TV don't appreciate what you're doing... Been there #strictly

I slightly feel the impact of the instant dance was ruined by being added to two weeks' worth of scores rather than one. Has anyone done the sums as to what would have happened if La Voix had gone out last week and we were just adding the instant scores to the regular ones for this week? #strictly
