Really important update on the UK EHRC & how it is in conflict with rulings on other trans cases at the European Court. This is by a distinguished Irish solicitor Simon McGarr.
This decision from the ECHR is lockstep in line with the decision in the CJEU from Hungary which I covered here.
The outcomes are the same because the logic of fundemental rights around privacy and Data Protection are the same.
