What I really want to do is decorate the entire front of the house in a “Blue #Christmas” theme as a political statement but ironically it would cost too much to do that this year.
I could just shine a spotlight on a sign that says “No Christmas this year” with a blue Grinch though. So tempting.

New family of chickens. One tiny chick was squawking its head off as the family headed into the tree for the night. Its tiny sibling flew out of the tree, tried to guide it & showed it an easy way to get up. The poor chick could not grasp it. The Mom flew down too, nope. It’s sleeping in a bush now.

Carol was lifting all those heavy cement tiles in #Plur1bus: it flashed me back to doing that. Except it was a garden area w/flowers that I was creating for my Mom to relax in & enjoy the sun. The tiles were soooo heavy and I needed a gazillion bags of sand to cushion the tiles underneath. #Pluribus

My holiday spirit has returned. Why? I no longer have to do something that was going to be both physically and mentally taxing on me given the fact that I was sick last week and my car is dead.
