"Reforms" aren't enough. Obliterate ICE. Even better, obliterate the entire Department of Homeland Security as soon as Dems retake Congress AND the White House. It was a terrible idea from the beginning, and it has only gotten worse over the years.

Let me be absolutely clear to my Republican colleagues: I will NOT support additional funding for ICE – including in any resolution to extend current funding for any length – until guardrails are in place to rein in ICE's out-of-control actions.
