If SOCTUS examined the agreement between the Frump administration and El Salvador pertaining to the holding of deportees, could they find a commercial agreement, not a treaty which may put it outside of foreign policy the administration claims.

I’ve been torn-up about what Democrats should do about the debt increase. I’ve concluded that better to allow the increase and fight the administration in court on cuts. Shutting down the government plays into Frump’s hand because it gives him emergency powers over spending priorities. Thoughts?

My district and except for a flu diagnosis earlier this week, I’d have been there for the fireworks. Oh yeah, this is the jack-wad that thinks middle schoolers need to get jobs to pay for their school lunches. Look him up. Flu symptoms are waning, so I’ll be out there again soon.
