Rest in peace, Sly Dunbar.

Alongside bassist Robbie Shakespeare, Dunbar formed the most influential rhythm section in Jamaican music history, helping to define the sound of reggae, dub, and dancehall.

Dunbar, a 13-time Grammy nominee, was 73.

My first book of 2026 was "Quinn" by Em Strang. It's an hallucinatory, intense and poetic one. Very different.
