Updated vote totals posted Wednesday afternoon show Deb Krishnadasan now leading by nearly 2,000 votes out of 38,000 cast in the race for the 26th District state Senate seat.

Kitsap County has posted election results. In the Kitsap portion of the 26th District, Krishnadasan leads Caldier 53%-47%. Still waiting for Pierce Co. results.

A local group called Thriving Generation, organized by educators, faith leaders and medical professionals, is trying to encourage kids to put down their phones and interact IRL.
