ppl in oregon are so friendly! i have a rental car w/ CA plates and 2 people flipped me off and one dude in a truck screamed "go back to california snowflake" lol.
this summer i saw a car w/ california plates on it & someone stuck a sign on the back that said "this is a rental, i'm from here"

i have gotten lazy and rely on streaming way too much lately... i have a bunch of cd's that aren't on streaming services... listening to those today... my cd player needs the workout... it's been dormant for a while...

one drawback of having a fancy stereo and living on the coast is when we have a really bad storm... like we are having now... i can't really turn on the tube amps. i mean i could... but that would be idiotic. so i don't. stuck using the bluetooth speaker waiting for the storm to blow over...

i always forget that the yard debris truck always comes way earlier than the trash or recycling trucks. luckily i got my bins on the curb on time this morning....

the whole thing is really a master class in the effectiveness of staying on message for 40 years and now here we are.
here in Oregon there are over 700,000 ppl who receive food assistance. there's only 137,000 black ppl in the entire state. that math isn't mathing
