🆕 | Cuts to Integrated Care Boards (ICB) from the Westminster govt will:

- reduce care services
- put patients at risk
- undermine the 10-Year Health Plan

That's the findings of a new report we've published today, which calls for nursing expertise to be retained in every ICB.
