With Mother's Day coming up we'd love to hear from the moms on here about:

- Unexpected ways people in your network have reached out to help
- Unexpected ways you'd *like* your network to reach out to help
- How motherhood has affected your ability to be social and connect (both good and bad!)

We've been summoned! An app that helps foster real-life connections, you say? Where you can make plans with your closest inner circle, you say? I think I know where you can find one of those...👀

Anybody else see this article on @psychologytoday.com? It's such a great look at loneliness and how we perceive the level of social support available to us. Check it out and let us know your thoughts ⬇️

Being Alone and Feeling Lonely Are Not the Same Thing
I’m “so lonesome I could cry” is a compelling song lyric. Putting effort into building social connections is a better way to make friends.

Struggle with asking for help? You're not alone.

Research has actually found that people consistently *underestimate* how much others are willing to help?

Now that Valentine’s day is fully in the review…how are we making time for our friendships within our romantic relationships these days???

Nobody wants to be “that friend” who disappears the second they get into a relationship but sometimes it’s hard!

Would love to hear how others do it…

Anybody else still thinking about how much community we saw at the Grammys? Artists supporting each other, their city, and speaking up for marginalized fans and up-and-comers.

Things are bleak lately but watching that felt SO good.

And those performances! 🥵 We were not ready…

QUESTION FOR NEW PARENTS!!!

What's something your network doesn't realize you need help with that would make a big difference in your life?

Alternately, what's an unexpected way somebody has shown up for you in the new parent phase that really made an impact?

We'd love to hear your thoughts!
