This evening's Slop Du Jour - Jacket Potato with Chicken and Bacon May and a salad on the side, plus chicken and bacon salad for lunch tomorrow and two pots of roasted vegetable sauce for later use...

Sooo, first week of the new job done, finished off with some time in the new office today observing.
Next week sees my first shifts doing some proper shadowing and I'm told I'll be getting stuck in from the start.
