I second this approach, its clearly a matter for the Bajorans and the Ferengi to resolve as its one of their citizens, period!
The Federation will be neutral in this matter. It is between the Republic of Bajor, the Ferengi Alliance, and the Cardassian Union.
We will *not* be taking a position for or against extradition.

Yes, I for one support extradition, no one is above the law, not even the First Clerk of the Ferengi Alliance and I urge my fellow admirals to support this stance!
