I learned this by accident some weeks ago in Javascript
The Python built-in `round` can accept negative integers to round to nearest 10s, 100s, etc.
E.g., round(1374, -2) rounds to 1400.
I thought this was a special case for the 2nd argument...
But it's not!
The 2nd arg just tells you the power of 0.1 that the 1st arg is rounded to!
0.1 ** -2 == 100
