Hochul stopped NYSDEC from issuing GHG cap-and-invest rules, as required by NYS law. They got sued, and the court has ruled NYS must follow the law. We'll see if it holds up on appeal, but happy to see NYS courts paying attention. iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fbem/Documen...
