Friday I cooked a vegetarian meal for Kim's family during Chinese New year week. I tried 3 new recipes this evening, but one didn't work
#3/52 CRISPY NORI-WRAPPED TOFU WITH TERIYAKI GLAZE - was really good.
#4/52 CHINESE VEGETARIAN ROAST GOOSE - youngest liked it a lot.

If you've been hanging onto the custom domain you bought when you were making a blog in 2003, you can set it as your handle on BlueSky. I just did it and it took me 3 minutes. kinda cool and now I feel a little more justified in the $12/year I've been spending. See comment for instructions.
