Marco Rubio's State Dept has issued guidance that says visa applicants must list their birth sex on applications, and if their passports don't reflect that gender, Customs & Border Protection will deny entry. This is to "prevent trans athletes competing".

Sounds like Mike Johnson can't even uphold his oath to the Constitution, if he brings religion into his job.
I guess "Mike Johnson has spent his entire career at war with the Constitution" would be a little too clear.

We've been saying it for a while - trans rights are the canary in the coalmine of fascist ideology.
Anti-trans propaganda here feels like it's following the anti-refugee/migrant playbook:
- Define it as a crisis, distort the scale
- Suggest all but a handful are lying with evil intent.
- Play on fears of unfairness/undeserved access to resources
