My friend sent me a message intended for someone else. It seemed legit until it ended with "William is a fun kiddo," and the only young William I could think of was the boy king from the Legacy of Kain series. So I responded with this picture. You know, helping.

YEP I can relate. My first coding stress dream was at EA. I don't remember the problem I was trying to solve, but I remember the solution involved emailing Sauron, whose email was conveniently in the company directory. And yeah, "just email Sauron" wasn't exactly helpful insight when I woke up.
Dreaming about programming problems has been a thing for me for at least 20 years (i.e., about half my life). And sometimes I dream about an actual problem, and extremely rarely I wake up with an actual solution. Mostly it's just stress.
I dreamed about some UI bugs in my engine that don't actually exist but I sure did try to solve them in my dream.

This is how Fairyland looks during these holidays (and yes, Fairyland is real and its in the West of Sweden <3. My game The Merry Fairy is a magical portal so you can come for a quick visit, no matter where you are)

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.
