I don't think there are any areas of journalism quite like football journalism. Where else can you lazily post an entirely made up story, wait for another journalist to do the work of checking it out and then post another story reporting the bollocks you initially posted being refuted?

Funny how the Arsenal red card is getting pages of outrage when it looks to be exactly the same as, if not worse than, Jensen Weir's red Vs Stevenage. That one wasn't overturned on appeal either. Wonder if the refs have been told to clamp down on those scrapes down the Achilles? #wafc #AFC

Genuinely think Maloney doesn't know how to manage a game. If it's not going right then make a change, whether in personnel or tactics... You can still influence games...
Maloney on Burton's equaliser:

Got to say, that's it for me. Maloney is simply not good enough, the players are not working for him and they genuinely don't look like they are interested. Time is up, but I know damn well he'll still be here come the end of the season. #wafc

As much as the news is trying to make out the chance of snow is some kind of apocalyptic event, I'm busy planning the maximum amount of time I can spend building snowmen. Just the idea of snow reverts me back to being a 9 year old...
