Ganache hand pies in the oven!! Also, fellow long-legs people, how do you LIIIIIIVE when you're doing stuff on a counter or table but since your legs are so long, you're bending and curling all weird until your back and legs hurt? I'm legit looking for something to help with that.

@ursaastra.bsky.social got me a pastry mat because the counters of the kitchen were not designed for rolling out dough AND holding containers. Sad bc I bet they would stay cold! Now I can do it on the dining table and use up all the room I want! Hooray!

We had a giant bag of flour so big that I had to barely lift it to move it into the kitchen from the pantry. Now I have used so much that it's almost empty. That's crazy. I'm making pie crust tonight for some chocolate ganache hand pies tomorrow. Gonna be a whole excitement. And the end of the flour

Okay so setting up a little system was easier than I thought. I've already got some printable sheets that have most of what I need. The rest, I'll work out as I go.

Just set up my planner and came to realize how and why planners have been so ineffective for me. I came upon a system that seems pretty neat and I've been adapting it. I think my planner needs to be just a calendar with notes and actual planning needs to happen with a system of my own making.

Started taking supplements for adhd. If I can't get medication right now, I can take control however I can. Am currently setting up my Happy Planner while my stepson decorates the inside of my desk version. Gonna try this Kaizen system because it seems low-pressure and I enjoy that.

I got some "cognitive gummies" at the POT STORE and I wasn't expecting much, if anything, though the tender was enthusiastic about them. Actually, they work. I mean they're not saving the whole day or anything, but there's a certain clarity there that I don't often experience. That's very pleasant.
