A while back I was reading the rebirth run of Green Lanterns, and the way it handled action stuck with me, because it had a way of not taking the pressure off its characters and conveying that pressure to the reader. And I like that, I think that's how action should be used in storytelling. 1/3
I like cozy fiction where we get to see characters develop as friends, and when there is conflict, it's resolved through understanding rather than action scenes. I like cozy fiction because with constant action, I don't know the character enough to know if I like them.
