So the Dems caved on the shutdown. The one thing they wanted was an extension of the ACA subsidies and they’re not getting that. All they’re getting is an assurance on a vote. Schumer needs to go.

Smoked an 11 pound brisket today. Some of my takeaways from it is that I need to do a better job at trimming. I had way too much fat left on it. Also need to go less time. I put this on at midnight and took it off at 5 pm. 15 hours is way too long for it. Also need to work on my seasoning.
