I’m sick of hearing that closing the Department of Education would send control back to the states.
The states already have control.
What they really want with a closing is lack of oversight, access to education funding, and more Christian Nationalism in schools.

Sadly, there is no proscribed penalty for violating the constitution. We need an amendment to fix that. I suggest immediate removal from office and a lifetime ban from government.
It’s crazy to think about the crimes we’re going to learn about after this regime ends.
We’re already hearing about Watergate level crimes every week. Imagine what will come out after it’s over.
We’re going to need a full accounting of all that’s been done in violation of the constitution.
