RIP Robert Tinney (November 22, 1947 – February 1, 2026), the artist famous for his playful covers for Byte magazine, a hobbist magazine that ushered in the microcomputing age from the mid-70s through the 90s. I'm honored to have included his work in my own art collection.

This pisses me off so much. EB was one of the few brands that actually *fit* me. Multiple fit cuts and tall sizes meant I made trips and drove hours just to shop their stores. Last time I went in 2019 they'd stopped stocking all the larger sizes and the fabric quality was garbage. Never went back.

I need everyone to know that on the crochet subreddit the mods made a big post about how they're taking a week off because there was too much fighting/political posts. so there's currently no mods on r/crochet and people are being absolutely insane
