BRB crying. The past few years finding gay bodybuilding friends and a boyfriend has helped me on such a profound level
I’ve realized why the queer lifting community feels like such a godsend. I’ve spent my whole life taking care of everyone around me (emotionally, financially, etc.). If I didn’t know something, I just had to figure it out. Having people, especially men, pour back into me feels so cathartic.

With a good sleep and some further reflection, the bodybuilding competition when I’m 40 idea is sounding solid and tentatively positive. I’ve got a good runway. Below is the same amount of time I have between now and then to get it all dialed in.
