Stuttgart Police spox tells me: 400 Maccabi Tel Aviv supporters were at the meeting point. No arrests made, pyro lit, some fans wore balaclavas (both not unusual for any visiting side in a European fixture. -FT), but went “mostly peacefully” until now.
