Will he take the same issue with recruitment processes that favour men over women, young over old, rich over poor? Or is this just about race?
Farage now condemns what he calls “that madness”’of diversity policies, saying some recruitment processes favour people from minority ethnic backgrounds against “whites people with more history in this country”. Blimey.
