I made a pitch flattener VST3/AU, great for turning dopplered sirens, screams, or animal cries into pitch-locked, high-energy sci-fi source. Weird, glitchy, artefacty fun. Free AU/VST3 (Mac/Win). Uses Rubber Band + FFT.

Started playing Lushfoil Photography Sim on PS5 today and I’m adoring it. Finding it very meditative. Beautiful visuals, ambience, and music. Loads of attention to detail.

Been experimenting with abusing de-noise/de-verb plugins. Liking Z-Noise for weird spectral garbage, Izotope De-Reverb for smooth gating. MVocoder is equally neat. Fun to place modulation fx before them in the chain. Heavily saturate or compress at the end to bring out the cool bits. #gameaudio

Saw “A Real Pain” this weekend. Really enjoyed it. Looking forward to seeing more written and directed by Eisenberg. I always find some way to feel personally connected to the characters he plays.
