ICE is out of control. Secretary Noem has been lying and leading cover-ups. Officers are blatantly violating the Constitution and ignoring court orders.

Today I led @repbradsherman.bsky.social and @chu.house.gov to fight back. Here's what we're doing:
The film and television industry is the backbone of communities like mine in CA-30. (1/3)

I just went and saw the "unredacted" Epstein files.

Hundreds of pages still redacted and I was told that's how the FBI sent them over.

They cut your health insurance tax credits to do this.
Breaking news: ICE expects to spend $38.3 billion on its plan to acquire warehouses across the U.S. and retrofit them into immigrant detention centers that can hold tens of thousands of people, according to agency documents.

Trump is so desperate to cling to power that he’s willing to trample on your fundamental right to vote.

I want to remind my Congressional Republican colleagues of the oath we all took when we were sworn into office. That oath was to uphold the Constitution – not one man’s commands.
Trump suggests Republicans should ‘take over’ voting in multiple states
“The Republicans should say, ‘We want to take over — we should take over the voting — the voting in at least many, 15 places,’” Trump told former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino in an i…

Trump's FDA is so anti-science that Moderna isn’t able to invest in lifesaving vaccine trials for illnesses like shingles, herpes, and Epstein-Barr virus.

Instead of being an advocate for better health outcomes, this administration continues to put the health of Americans dead last.
Moderna Is Curbing Investment in Vaccine Trials Due to US Backlash
Moderna Inc.’s chief executive officer said the company doesn’t plan to invest in new late-stage vaccine trials because of growing opposition to immunizations from US officials.

Instead of investing in affordable healthcare, Republicans gave ICE more of YOUR $ to violate YOUR constitutional rights. I am fighting to hold ICE accountable, impeach Sec. Noem, and end ICE immunity from lawsuits.

I'll be going to view the unredacted Epstein files later this week.

Comment links and EFTA # s for the files you want me to look at. I refuse to let the Trump admin deny victims the justice they deserve.

We are witnessing the Trump Admin’s cover up of the Epstein horrors in real time. But the victims will get justice. We won’t let them be forgotten or the truth remain buried.
Good morning. The President of the United States was in the middle of the most serious child sex trafficking ring of the last quarter century.

He is referenced not a dozen times in the case files. Not 100 times. Not 1,000 times. He’s referenced 38,000 times.

While the Trump Administration spends its time punishing children and parents by withholding childcare aid, Democrats are fighting to make your future better.

That includes building more housing, lowering rent, and making life much more affordable.

Housing costs are crippling many Americans. Here's how the two parties propose to fix that
With housing costs so central to voters' perceptions about the economy, both parties have put forward proposals in recent weeks targeting affordability.

What an honor to swear my friend Nikki Perez into her new role on the California Film Commission.

Nikki has been a champion for Burbank and the entertainment industry workers that call the city home, so her appointment is very well deserved. I wish her the best of luck!

This Black History Month, I’m reflecting on the countless positive impacts Black Americans have made in Los Angeles and across our nation.

As we honor these contributions, we also recognize that there is more work that must be done to rectify past wrongs and pave the way toward a more just future.

As a breast cancer survivor, I am fighting every day in Congress to fund medical research, and increase access to the cancer screenings and treatments that save lives.

ICE and Border Patrol are out of control. The chaos and deaths caused by Operation Metro Surge is not limited to Minnesota. We are seeing recklessness on display from Kristi Noem’s Federal agents in cities across the country. ICE is not making us safer. It is terrorizing our communities. (1/2)
