Doesn’t this exemplify a toxic work environment? No safe space for players to freely have those conversations on issues in the organizations… I feel it does. You wonder why the Sky are names the worse organization in the league. Do you really think free agents will want to come there especially now?

Sky ownership also has to be fully aware of how Angel is treated every time there is a negative headline about her. But it was still more important to their fragile egos that she be punished for making them look bad.

This only proves my point that there is so much racial inequality, double standard, marginalization going in sports! We need to empower and REDUCE biases not amplify them more in sports. We need to continue to advocate for better officiating and treatment of all women in sports equally. Respect!! 💯
