My only connection to wrestling is that I played quite a few PS1 WWE (at the time WWF) games, but for some reason I really liked Mick Foley/Mankind when I played those games, and it's good to know I picked correctly when it turns out he's the one good wrestler in real life.

The Game Awards categorizing by genre is kinda dumb because it makes it exceptionally easy to know which nominee wins.
Like, if you have a genre award in which only one game is also nominated for Game of the Year, then obviously that one wins.

I vaguely remembered renting a game once with a monster man in the cover and getting stuck almost immediately. It's probably my earliest memory of having no clue what to do in a video game.
