My Thirteen shirt came in today, and it’s so cute. If you haven’t listened yet, check them out, especially if you love Appalachian horror. 💕

Idk who can relate, but the lyrics “Richard said withdraw in disgust is not the same as apathy” has been running thru my mind a lot lately.

Some of the biggest changes in SNAP in the GOP bill:
-Changing the age of dependents from 18 to 7 years old, which forces parents to work
-Forces states to shoulder 75 percent of cost of administering SNAP
-Raising the age to work for SNAP from 54 to 64.

Parents, your SNAP benefits are at risk – except for stay at home moms
Republicans’ legislation would also force states to shoulder more of the cost for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

One of the perks of WFH is having your pets around. Except for when they fart such a noxious cloud that THEY choose to exit the office, but I’m stuck here marinating. 😂

This is why I have room spray. For such a little dog, she sure can make a loud smell! 😬

Just reminding folks that there are some very wealthy people out there who are happy with this stormy economy, and have all the tools they need to swoop in as the markets are listing and plunder what's left of our livelihoods. Leaving us with nothing.

This isn't just capitalism: it's piracy.
Just a reminder that JD Vance funded a company called AcreTrader, which allows rich people to buy up farmland as an investment asset. So guess who will benefit if a bunch of farms go under and the acreage can suddenly be snapped up for pennies on the dollar?
New tariff just dropped.

Silicon Valley oligarchs who gained power and are now dismantling the govt are basically millenarian cultists, convinced the world is about to end—via AGI—and acting accordingly in advance. Smart piece.

But if it turns out the world doesn't actually end in a year or two? Oops. Very serious oops.
