Most of will never trust this court to rule using the Constitution, as they are supposed. The 6 conservative justice now rule by ideology alone.
We accepted SCOTUS decisions because there was a broadly held view that the Court was operating in good-faith even if it was a jurisprudence we didn’t agree with. That’s no longer the case. What we have is a corrupt Court making war on the constitutional order. Its decisions have no legitimacy.
