Meaning you don't need to put anything in package.json. Strictly speaking you don't even need a tsconfig to run the code.

Bought myself a new pair of running shoes as a belated birthday. Came out from the store with a hair of New Balance Fresh Foam 860 and I’ve got to say I’m blown away. The comfiest running shoe I’ve had so far.

The largest geographical share of MSFT dev tools are in Europe, where most of that world runs on .NET. He is *hated* over there now, and for good reason.
