Our latest work is out! We set out to see if we could recreate soil-nurturing plant growth in vitro. The plants looked happy and we see microbiome-induced cell-type-specific responses! A modest step but a fun challenge 😁

Can anyone point me to the best way to design a peptide/protein inhibitor of my favorite enzyme or transcription factor?

I am aware of this paper but I do not know the field of protein design well, so any advice would be amazing.
